Metafit Education Series – all level

1. Metafit HIIT Training

This is an International Certification Course that Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire. We have been creating true HIIT workouts for our coaches for over 10 years and weather you are teaching a Boot Camp, Studio class or a PT session

2. Metafit Power Training

This is an International Certification Course that design as the new workout from Metafit, sticking to our fundamental HIIT training principles, created a 30 minute power circuit using functional kit, to work muscle and boost metabolism. Think ‘old school’ circuit training, but with functional equipment, uploaded commands and backing track and ‘Powerplay’ features.

Train Fitness Education Series

This is an International Certification that blended high intensity movements with energetic music to get classes pumping. Using a blend of innovative and traditional exercises all our programs are adaptable to participants of any fitness level. Each exercise to music class has been designed for delivery in a group exercise environment coming complete with choreography. Once qualified as an FX instructor you will also have the freedom to adapt our pre-set choreography and add your own flare.
